Rose Anne Drummond (formerly Rosanne D. Ren)
Rose Anne Drummond, founder of Sea Change Partners, LLC, is an experienced leadership and organizational development consultant. Recent engagements Rose has completed include a re-design of an organization-wide learning and development curriculum for a large managed care company, a leadership assessment and development program for a multinational semiconductor company, and multiple leadership assessment and development programs for a global entertainment company.

Prior to founding Sea Change Partners, Rose led the organizational and leadership effectiveness practice in the western region of the U.S. for the Hay Group, after having completed a four-year assignment in Hong Kong launching and directing the firm's China operations. She also co-founded a boutique consultancy/application service provider and co-developed its flagship offering, an on-line learning and performance support tool. Earlier in her career, Rose consulted to multinationals on setting up and operating businesses in China, and was one of the earliest resident representatives in Beijing for the US-China Business Council.

Rose completed her bachelor's degree at Columbia University, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She performed her graduate studies at Princeton University.
