Plan Performance (2 days)

• Cascading business unit objectives into individual performance objectives
• Setting energizing goals
• Identifying needed competencies for outstanding individual performance
• "Contracting" with employees to partner in developing competencies and achieving performance objectives

Coaching (2 days as stand-alone module; 1 day if follows Plan Performance)

• "Best Practice" coaching skills and models
• Motivate individuals and groups
• Assess and address individual development needs
• Coaching vs. micromanaging
• Learn to empower but hold people accountable

Review Performance (1/2 day; pre-requisites: Plan Performance & Coaching)

• Giving and receiving feedback
• Handling difficult sessions
• Administering effective rewards
• Spring-boarding from review to planning
