Sea Change provides individual and team-based coaching services to enhance leadership effectiveness and improve business results.

“Coaching in Context™” is a structured approach to coaching that entails:

  1. Leadership effectiveness assessments
  2. Development goal setting
  3. Individual and/or group-based learning activities
  4. Planned application of new skills on the job
  5. Progress tracking and measurement
Individual or team coaching clients meet with their coach biweekly, with learning events and coaching conversations or peer coaching sessions interspersed.
Learning events are multi-media, cognitive as well as experiential, and designed to accommodate various learning preferences and styles.
